I have eaten here in the London stores in Piccadilly and near Liverpool Street, I love that they have so many options like sushi/heated wraps/oatmeal-porridge for £1.99, sandwiches, baguettes, cakes and fancy packaged crisps, they also have room to sit in or takeaway (in the Piccadilly store this was a bit tricky sometimes with so many tourists and other visitors), they also have newspapers to read - which is always makes me feel I'm getting a bit more for my money because they are saving me the £1 I would have to pay for a newspaper of my own (and I don't like carrying dirty newspapers round under my arm or in my handbag, which weigh me down and leave marks on my clothes). Of course the paper is usually being read by someone else when you get to sit down, but it definately is a factor in my choice of place to eat at lunch.
