Ate here once or twice after work, love Sushi. You sit at a table and pick the plates you want off the carosel as they go round. Wasabi Sauce takes the roof of your mouth a bit if you are not used to it, but after a while mixed with soy sauce and ginger gets a bit addictive and apparently hot/spicy food helps you burn the calories quicker. So I'm always opting for hot and spicy if possible. Plus fish to boost my brainpower. Your bill is worked out by the number of plates the waitress collects of you.
We've enjoyed sushi in Singapore and other places as well. But wish it could be cheaper, hard to do with fresh fish though.
