Roses Cafe opening times are 07:00–14:00 hours Monday to Friday and 07:00–13:00 hours Saturday and Sunday. We go here for breakfast on weekends sometimes.
A large breakfast of hash browns, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, beans or bubble and squeak, and two pieces of buttered bread, plus a cup of tea comes to about £8, but we don't have anything else to eat for the rest of the day because it's so filling. They also have newspapers and a noticeboard to stick business cards/notices to. The best tasting rusty spoon in the city, but they only take cash and its a bit of a pain having to drive there. If only the Bean in Here Cafe which is closer to us could offer the same service.
