Wanted to go to this last June at London Olympia after seeing original advert in the www.metro.co.uk, registered for free tickets online, but couldn't get time off work to go. It was a very exciting day with 350 exhibitors, 250 seminars, 10 workshops and 25,000 expected visitors. James Caan was the most popular key speaker and was difficult to hear over the loud speakers from the closest place i could get which was outside the doors. Should have got there earlier. But interesting presentation by @A Real Accountant, who I then noticed was giving the same presentation for 4 or 5 times through the day....so if got there in time to read the Prysm Group Presents 'Sales Management & Performance Event Guide and Planner in time, would have seen him and James Caan as well.

I got lots of free pens, the Virtual Business Centre Lettuce Seeds, free Ikea and Quality Solicitors www.qsfjg.co.uk, bag to carry it all in. Also an offer for Free.co.uk domain for 1 year at 1and1.co.uk/business for the day of exhibition only. There were also lots of competitions to win free services/bottles of champagnes etc by just dropping a business card in a jar and hoping to be picked at random later on.

As well as the Sales Management & Performance team www.smplive.com, part of the exhibition there was the Office Management & PA 2013 National Exhibition and Conference, www.officemanagementandpa.co.uk, which advertised 50 exhibitors, 47 free seminars and 27 keynote speakers, plus 1 champagne bar. After getting my nails done, by eager demonstrators outside, I wandered round and managed to squeeze into a seat to listen to Vicki Wusche 'How to have more time for the life and business you want' , Katie Russell, Technology Reporter and TV Web Expert 'Your virtual assistant - manage work and your boss with online tools and handy shortcuts'. I also got to sit in on Paul Pennant, Today's Pa www.todayspa.co.uk, 2-3pm workshop on Outlook and 3-4pm Medley (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or which I made lots of notes.

At the end of the show, I only wished I'd been more organised to fit everything in. But felt I had taken away a wealth of knowledge and hope to attend other similar events in future.
