Visited New Zealand for a holiday went via Singapore with travel bag? After hours of flying with Singapore Airlines www.singaporeair.com/, the plane touched down at Singapore and we had a 7 hour waiting time before boarding the next flight to Auckland, New Zealand. www.changiairport.com/ is huge...approximately 5 floors and on the top even boasts of a swimming pool (we never got the time to check it out unfortunately).

Booked online with Kuoni Travel for 11 nights all inclusive in a 4 star hotel for something like £1100 per person, www.kuoni.co.uk/Mauritius. Stayed in the http://www.silverbeachhotelmauritius.accommodation.io/. Went on a boat trip to swim in a waterfall and then across to a small island where we ate barbequed lobster and prawns washed down drank coke. Our room was done up very nice and the hotel had a nice unpretentious atmosphere.

We booked through www.thomascook.com and flew with can't remember at the moment but think it was Thomson. We had to sit apart an isle as you had to pre-book your seats and pay an extra surcharge in order to ensure you got seats together. We flew from Heathrow? They served an inflight meal and I think you got a few free drinks. You had a TV in the back of the headrest of the seat in front and I'm not sure if they charged for headphones so you could listen to the inflight movie or not.
