Chelmsford

Have ordered and collected pizza from here several times. When the pizza has been delivered to us it has been fast and efficient. We enjoy the barbeque and garlic sauce dips and the garlic bread. The only reason we don't go here so much any more is because the price increases mean its more expensive than two meals in Zen Noodle Bar or the Imperial Chinese buffet in town and then we don't have to wash up as well.

We ate here www.zenchelmsford.co.uk, one Friday evening a few weeks ago. I enjoyed a lovely thai green curry and green tea and Ewan had Pad Thai. It worked out about £22 for both of us including half a Tiger beer. We will eat there again when we get the time. The restaurant was clean and the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. They are looking for waiting staff at the moment as well I think as is Zenxi.

Vis‎ited the www.thebluebridgewrittle.co.uk for dinner one weekend. This is a fine dining restaurant and the food was very good but there a slight delay between service of courses, we have experienced longer delays in other restaurants.

I wanted to go because I'd heard there was a Grand Piano, but the day we went there wasn't any live music, but again we didn't book and turned up on spec. The only restaurant we have gone to without booking where there is always live music is Zenxi, which I have blogged here also somewhere.

We visited this fine dining restaurant www.grahamsonthegreen.com, were we had failed to book as per usual, so weren't dressed as appropriately as some of the other diners, but the Matre D greeted us enthusiastically and showed us to a table. We enjoyed a starter and a main and a large glass of wine. We had a lovely meal, but can't remember what I ate now. If we go back there again we will book next time and make an effort dress more smartly. Although they let us in, still felt the other diners were dressed better.
